Oil Pressure Sensor 3-Wire 1/8 PT (NPT & BSP)

These 3-wire Oil pressure sensors would be the most popular sensor that we sell by themselves for people wanting pressure sensors to run into their aftermarket ECU’s. They are also a direct replacement for the oil pressure sensors used on our GearX 52mm & 14in1 range of gauges. They are a 10-bar sensor which reads from 0 – 145 PSI and come with a 1/8 PT thread and 2.5M wiring loom with plug for the sensor. The PT thread means they can be used on both 1/8 NPT & 1/8 BSP fittings directly.

With a lot of ECU’s allowing for auxiliary sensors to be connected, people are making use of monitoring their oil pressures for everything from engine protection setups in the ECU, to just simply having oil pressure be a part of their data logging.

Our Oil pressure sensors are high quality 3-wires sensors, these types of pressure sensors offer greater accuracy over two wire pressure sensors due to inherent design characteristics. Three wire sensors are also linear and more repeatable making them the choice for high accuracy measurement. You have one wire for 5v power, another for ground and the other is the sensor signal wire.

We have one car that has been running these sensors for over a years now without missing a beat, they were also tested against much more expensive sensors at the time of installation and found the variance between them was less than 1%, which is well within acceptable variance in our opinion. These are a great high quality 3-wire oil pressure sensor without a very high price tag.
